Resumen Abstract—In this paper, a CMOS Operational Trasconductance Amplifier suitable for integration of smart sensors is described. The amplifier employs a DC feedback that incorporates quasi-infinite resistors to achieve offset stabilization with a low complexity implementation. In addition, a feedforward frequency compensation strategy is included to increment the gain-bandwidth product. The amplifier was designed using the ON-SEMI 0.5µm CMOS process and the theoretical analysis is validated with Monte Carlo simulations performed in Eldo of Mentor Graphics R . The input referred offset voltage resulted less than 0.48µm with a power consumption of 1.2mW.
