It is necessary to have world-class leaders, who are in line with globalization; so it is of utmost importance that they have softwa re that provides them with facilities to manage their projects successfully. To ensure quality in project management, it isessential to have an adequate control and monitoring of the requirements of the various users, at each stage and phase of the projects, which can be of any type: software, engineering, academic, virtual and augmented reality, video games administrative, etc., which will allow them to be brought to a successful conclusion. This paper presents a requirements organizer for projects, as a prototype, which will help leading managers to keep an adequate follow-up, in each module of the projects they carry out, of the different requirements, along with their traceability. This organizer will allow a successful project management, by covering each requirement to the satisfaction of the users, culminating with the products deliverable to the corresponding sectors. © 2022 Latin American and Caribbean Consortium of Engineering Institutions.
